Megamind Plus – Terms & Conditions (Updated: 26 June 2025)

1. Service Overview

Megamind Plus is a premium education and consultancy platform that offers:

• Online & offline IELTS Preparation Courses
• Personalized Study Abroad Guidance
• University application support
• Visa processing assistance
• Interview & SOP coaching

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• IELTS Course:
  • 100% refund if cancelled within 48 hours of registration and no class has been attended.
  • No refund after the first class is completed.
• Study Abroad Services:
  • No refund after application processing has started.
  • If visa is rejected due to incomplete documentation from the student, Megamind Plus holds no liability.

4. User Conduct

• Students must attend classes regularly.
• Sharing course materials or login credentials is strictly prohibited.
• Misconduct in class or during counselling sessions will result in service termination.

5. Academic Integrity

• Megamind Plus does not write SOPs or essays on behalf of students. We only provide guidance and review.
• Students must provide truthful academic and financial information for applications.

6. Service Delivery Mode

• IELTS: Online via Zoom / Google Meet or In-Centre at Megamind Campus
• Counselling: Online (via appointment) or In-Person
• Materials will be delivered digitally to the student’s email or learning portal.

7. Privacy Policy Summary

• Personal data (name, email, documents) will only be used for application and visa purposes.
• Megamind Plus will never sell or misuse your data.
• Documents will be deleted from our system after 12 months unless requested otherwise.

8. Disclaimer

• We do not guarantee visa issuance. Final decisions rest with embassies and immigration authorities.
• Band score improvements depend on the student’s effort and practice.

9. Intellectual Property

• All course content, slides, videos, and practice materials are property of Megamind Plus.
• Unauthorized distribution or commercial use is punishable under copyright law.
